They found him wandering round Regent's Park with a cheap bottle of sherry...

And like a fool I mixed them and it strangled up my mind, and now people just get uglier and I have no sense of time...

Withwine, I'm still here you know.
Not that i'm a patriot - oh no!! i hate my country! - but i don't like those who have never seen it laughing at it.
Soviet Union was a big f*cking mistake, from which we suffered the most. Hahaha half of my family was killed by Stalin, isn't it ridiculous?
This is all a dreadful mistake.

Comparing to what it was like - of course.
At least now we're not afraid to talk or hang out with strangers. And it's not dangerous to say that you don't like what your goverment does.
I've talked to a british girl who planned to go to Russia on her gap year but didn't do it because she got scared. That's not that bad, really, and nothing to be afraid of.
I assure you, there are no bears walking through the city or people drinking vodka on every corner. (And we also don't get too much caviar!))
In fact, it seems that russians like foreigners much more than each other. For many people Europe is still some kind of a symbol of freedom a happiness - and we adore everything and everyone that comes from it.
I suppose Russia is just a very unlucky and a very unhappy country to get so many bastard leaders in a row... (Though, of course, it is partly our fault.)
I am very sorry about what they have done to this country, but, francly, i wouldn't like to live in here for my whole life.
This is all a dreadful mistake.

This may sound 'pretty vacant', but I heard from two people this evening who went clubbing in Moscow and they had a fantastic (if expensive) time.

I saw Gorbachev in Las Vegas. No, he wasn't at the slots, he was speaking (thru an interpreter) about green issues, at UNLV.

PS sorry about your cat Bluejon
