In the new issue of The Chap, jun/July, there is an interview with a chap called Colin Bacon. Seems he was a pal of Vivian Mackerell. He has written a book about the great mans life, up for preorder on Amazon now! It's called Vivian and I. The interview is good, so hope the book will be too.

Thanks for the tip! I've just looked at "The Chap" website, as it's a new one on me. What do you think of the mag? No newsagent near me stocks it, so I'm wondering whether it's worth subscribing to.

it's a good mag. I get it every issue. Smiths near me stock it. It comes out every 2 months. I'm looking forward to the book.

Reminds me of a similar mag in the mid-to-late 90s which was called 'The Idler'. It came out nearly every month, before becoming a £25-a-pop annual* in the early 2000s. I think it is still going actually. It even featured a really good interview with Bruce circa '95/'96. When it went to its £25-an-issue formula I stopped buying it.

(*When I say annual, please don't think of 'The Beano'. Think more 'hefty A5, literary digest for slackers'.)

Thanks again, Drugaddled. By chance, I went into a large W H Smiths this morning in a local town and asked the magazine manager if he'd heard of it. He nearly threw me out of the shop. Seemed to think it was gay porn.

Haha!! Gay porn! You can order it from the website I think, to save the shame!

I found it for sale a couple of months ago in a small newsagent near St Paul's Cathedral.

So is St Paul's Cathedral the latest hot-spot for gay porn? Live and learn.

Had an email from Amazon today saying the book is out at last and has been sent. Should get it tomorrow. I'll report back on if it's any cop or not!

How do you wank into an arse? Surely if you're cocks already in an arse you might as well be fucking them and not wanking?

"Depends entirely on the quality of the...". Scratch that. Depends how big the cock is, how far up the arse it is, and the size of the hand wanking it.
