Even for someone like myself (suffering from 'Withnail' fatigue after a quarter of a century) this sounds like it was a very good evening.

“Withnail is a bit like a Smiths album in as much it’s ageless even though it is set in the 1960’s. We get old, but the work stays young and that’s the beauty of it in a lot of ways.”
Paul McGann

Great quote.
