My mother tells me Julian Fellowes is a right arse.
They found him wandering round Regent's Park with a cheap bottle of sherry...

And like a fool I mixed them and it strangled up my mind, and now people just get uglier and I have no sense of time...

BALLS! the Daily Mail ruined the episode I was going to watch tonight by telling the ending.

Fuckers will rue the day. Serves me right for googling it. :drunk: :high:

I loved Julian Fellowes as Lord Kilwillie in "Monarch of the Glen" - my husband and I go around saying "BeeYADjah" (how he says "Badger") all the time.... I was stunned when I found out he wrote Downton Abbey! Too fab.
... followed by yet another anecdote about his sensitive crimes in a punt with a chap called Norman, who had red hair and a book of poetry stained with the butter drips from crumpets.
