US Presidential Election 2012

PostPosted by The Purveyor » Mon Nov 05, 2012 8:44 pm

Curious to know who forum members would vote for, if they had the chance. Especially keen to know if McFuck has managed to vote, after several failed attempts. And who she voted for

Obama all the way for me. Romney with his finger on the nuclear button scares me.

No, I haven't managed to fucking vote yet, so tomorrow's my last chance. I'm getting up early

I think I'm going to vote for Obama, as the cult fellow kinda scares me. I don't really like either one.

I'm also voting YES for civil unions (incorrectly referred to as gay marriage) and NO to another casino.

As always, the vote is for the lesser of two weasels

my record has been broken already. one of the supervisors was in line for 2 hours 45 minutes.

I'd like to know what's different this time from the election 4 years ago. :?

Thank goodness Obama won, he's not brilliant but he's not Romney.
They found him wandering round Regent's Park with a cheap bottle of sherry...

And like a fool I mixed them and it strangled up my mind, and now people just get uglier and I have no sense of time...

Believe in the illusion of democracy if you want but realistically you can change the box as many times as you like but the contents will always stay the same, you are so easily led to think that by voting you have some individual control over your place on the planet and you will achieve temporary euphoria if A or B wins and so to free you of your woes , but in reality you have as much control over how your country is run as an ant would have control over a Saturn 5 rocket even if he was sat in the drivers seat wearing all latest fashionable moon gear.

The gut wrenchingly puke-ridden campaigns of both A and B just reminded me of the audience scenes from (I can just about bring myself to type it) the X factor, fucking hell this actually is what it has come down to thousands of over excited performing chimps who know no different, sorry just being honest, please accept my humble apologies if you are offended by my rant. :drunk:  :salute:

I agree with this.

Glad Obama won though. Romney wanted to outlaw abortian and oposed gay marriage. Fuck him. Every woman should have the right to decide what she does with her body, and marriage is about making a commitment to someone you love, no matter what gender they are. Who cares if it's two men? If they're happy together, let them be happy together. Stupid twat.

Also I may have a tiny crush on Obama.

Women are the new majority in the USA! Politicians better take note. We're mad as hell and we're not going to take it any more! Legitimate rape, my ass. Stay the fuck out of my private parts! :x

Thanks for the job offers, after deliberating for literally some seconds in my "oblong office" I would have accepted but my qualifications are a first aid certificate and a GCE in needlework, so Im slightly overqualified for the position.

:P

The second offer of 1st lady would be more up my street as I would get to wear expensive chiffon and more importantly keep the back of my head attached to the front, thus leaving president Ellietronic to flood the U.S with cats and badly done taxidermy.

BTW this does not make me gay, I thought I was gay once but it turned out it was just a kidney infection.

these do make me laugh though :P

Spoken with the truth and eloquence of Stephen Fry, see you know that really sharp shooting pain that you get up the arse when you are just sitting there minding your own business and you think Jesus what the fuck was that? well that's the heralded pain felt when another greedy politician screws the system for more expenses like a new duck house, pony training lessons or duplicate keys for the children s home :!:
