Shop Chicken Sandwiches

PostPosted by Withwine and I » Sun Jan 25, 2009 1:38 am

What is the fucking appeal of these things that every now and again I go through a phase of wanting them when I see them, despite knowing that they are fairly poor in quality, taste and always leave me disappointed and full of regret... Why, why can't I just use the rational part of my brain when dealing with them?
They found him wandering round Regent's Park with a cheap bottle of sherry...

And like a fool I mixed them and it strangled up my mind, and now people just get uglier and I have no sense of time...

I don't understand why all sandwiches have to have mayonnaise in them.

Eugh. Mayo over butter in shop sandwiches is my biggest annoyance!
You can get lovely sandwichs with decent meat, lambs lettuce and butter in them for about 3 quid 50.
I do treat myself to one of those every now and then.
Which bit dont you get McFuck?

Im sure they do some nice sandwiches in the US. Probably $10 each, but I'm sure you must have them somewhere!

it upsets my cockatiels when I cook other birds.

the cat likes them though, with fava beans and a fine chianti.

I got a decent sandwich from a garage the other day, can't remember if it was an esso or shell, but they had boxes of 3 sandwiches for £2.50, and I was really surprised at how good it was-bread was fresh, meat seemed to be good quality, NO MAYO, and juicy lettuce.
Tesco ones are usually (but not always) OK as well. But avoid ones from Sayers like the plague!
But Sub is the only Way to go for sandwiches really.
Right lads!
